Wornstar Store – Terms and Conditions
Shipping & Returns
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Wornstar Clothing shipping policies.
We will process your order once received and please allow up to two weeks for delivery on items from the shop. Custom orders may take longer, please feel free to ask any questions and inform us if you have a rush order. If you are placing an order for a custom piece a 50% deposit is required of the quoted fee.
Domestic & International Shipping: We ship via USPS as appropriate for your order.
Our Custom, Customized, and Stage Clothing
Please allow up to six weeks for turn around on custom made clothing. At Wornstar Clothing we care about making you happy with your purchases and stand behind our work. Sometimes alterations are necessary to get the right fit or look. Alterations are quoted as needed. Custom pieces are made at the time you order in the Wornstar Store and are NOT returnable or exchangeable. This includes all sleeveless items in our Artwork series section. The sleeves are removed prior to shipping. Please refer to the size chart above or e-mail us using the contact form on our website prior to purchasing.
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON WORNSTAR.COM
For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item.
Wornstar.com cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at Wornstar retail dealers.
Wornstar retail dealers cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online at Wornstar.com or from any other online or third party Wornstar clothing re-sellers
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
• All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
• If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of the original shipment date.
Wornstar Clothing does not accept items back for refunds – only exchanges. There are 3 reasons why we will accept an exchange:
1. The item is the wrong size 2. The wrong item was shipped 3. The item was defective
If we shipped you a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to qualify for an exchange. If you do not provide us with proper notification within the allotted timeframe, we will not authorize your exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges unless we made a processing error. If we do make an error, we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD. All returns for exchanges are to be packed in the original packaging we shipped the items to you if available. Please include the original invoice (photocopy is ok) with the reason for exchange written on the invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received and is processed you will be notified via email when it’s shipped back to you. You are responsible for any shipping costs back to us including insurance. Custom items are not returnable or exchangeable. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing your item using our contact/inquiry form.
Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. For best results, please contact our customer support at [email protected] so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes frequently, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery date.
• The customer pays for shipping of the exchange back to our warehouse.
• We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment. Please insure your items.
• Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using ground shipment.
• Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is paid by you unless we made a processing error.

Conditions of Use
Product Display and Display Colors
The Wornstar site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Wornstar reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Wornstar will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Online prices, offers and selection may vary from our retail store and are subject to change.
Sales Tax Policy
Wornstar is required to collect sales tax in Illinois at the rate in effect at the time of shipping your order. The state tax rate will be calculated during the ordering process.
Web Site Tampering
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited. Users may not modify, remove, delete, augment, or in any way change the content of the Wornstar web site. Content included on or comprising the Wornstar site including information, data, software, photographs, typefaces, sounds and other material is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights.
Limit of Liability
The Wornstar web site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The owners of Wornstar cannot warrant that use of the Wornstar site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Every effort is made to be sure the content of the Wornstar web site is accurate and complete. However, the owners of Wornstar do not warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided. No oral advice or written information given by Wornstar or its Associates shall create a warranty.
Under no circumstances shall the owners of Wornstar or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Wornstar site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Wornstar site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. Any user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content and merchandise.
Users age 13 or under
The Wornstar site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.
Wornstar is concerned about the safety of our children when they use the internet. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13, we will remove his or her personal information from our files.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa® MasterCard® Discover Card® American Express® and PayPal.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wornstar reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
